Neo Global Development has released the latest version of neo-cli v2.11.0, with the official support for cross-chain functionalities. We will coordinate with all TestNet consensus node operators to perform the upgrade to from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM GMT, August 12th, 2020. The TestNet might be temporarily unstable during this period. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Improvements on State Root consensus message

With this update, the consensus message will not include State Root, but only State Root signature. 

On the other hand, the consensus of State Root will be completed after PrepareRequest and PrepareResponse, and broadcasted during Commit, to reduce the length of consensus message and prevent nodes from malicious behavior.

Added UTXO transaction history inquiry method in RPC

Getutxotransfers method is added in RpcSystemAssetTracker, allowing all UTXO transaction records to be listed via address as param.
