Neo CLI v3.1.0.1 was released on May 13th, 2022 which was deployed to T4 TestNet and MainNet on the same day. This is a hotfix that needs an upgrade immediately.

Please notice that v3.1.0.1 is based on .NET 6.0 SDK, please update your .NET SDK if necessary. This version is compatible with v3.1.0, data resync is only necessary for T4 TestNet.
