NEO will host a workshop before NEO Madrid meetup at 16:45-18:00 on 20th April. Jaime Kindelan(Belane)  and Dean Van Dugteren from City of Zion will host a hands-on developer workshop on "How to create a smart contract on neo, from the beginning to deploy on testnet".
