Last month, Beijing NEO JOY 2019 was successfully held in Zhongguancun Microsoft Building. It was a gathering for many game project parties, developers and enthusiasts from the NEO community to explore the business model and technology practice of blockchain games through various perspectives. Shanghai NEO JOY 2019 will be held on May 25 with the same theme of "NEO Blockchain Game". The conference will continue to explore the value and prospects of blockchain games and to familiarise with the NEO game ecosystem.

A game enthusiast and a game producer, Master is equipped with the skill of planning, programming and art. He also has more than ten years of experience as a game designer. He entered the web games, mobile games, and blockchain games field during their infancy. He has unique interests in game design and game programming.

Chaoyi Qian, Founding Partner of Shanghai Shenyan NetWork Technology Co. Ltd and Operating Director of DgameMaker

Post-90s and software engineer, he started creating games in junior high school, and participated in the development and planning of many domestic independent games, such as "the 9th Day" and "Old Watch". He was the master planner and front-end developer of "UnderWorld Online", the first implemented trading blockchain game.
